The OLF Case - Synopsis

Eastern North Carolina - home of the endangered Whooping Crane... For centuries, these majestic birds have followed a migratory path. But now suddenly, their path is in danger --- the Navy proposes to put in an Outer Landing Field (OLF) for their navy jets. Fighting for the birds is Walt Sturgeon, a noted conservationist. He is up against not only the Navy, but also the local Mayor and the local native American tribe. And just when he seems to be gaining a victory for the birds, he is cruelly killed....Now it is upto Det. Slaughter to catch the perp...
